Role Overview

We are seeking a Research Assistant to support NIH-funded sleep research and randomized clinical trials while working directly with the Founder & CEO. This role blends hands-on research execution with exposure to startup operations and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support randomized clinical trials and observational studies

• Coordinate participant recruitment, onboarding, and study workflows

• Assist with survey administration, data quality checks, and summaries

• Support IRB, safety, and study documentation

• Conduct literature reviews related to sleep, insomnia, and circadian health

• Contribute to cross-functional research and strategy projects

Qualifications

• Interest in sleep research, behavioral health, or digital health

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment

• U.S. work authorization

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with clinical research or RCTs

• Background in psychology, neuroscience, public health, or related fields

• Familiarity with REDCap, Qualtrics, or similar tools

• Entrepreneurial or startup interest
