Proactive Life Inc (DBA SleepSpace) Accessibility Policy
SleepSpace is designed to help people improve sleep with a calm, low-light interface and support for Apple accessibility features.
Supported Accessibility Features
VoiceOver
SleepSpace supports Apple’s VoiceOver screen reader for many core app interactions. Key navigation controls, tabs, buttons, and sleep-session controls include accessibility labels so users can navigate the app without relying only on sight.
Voice Control
SleepSpace supports interaction with Apple Voice Control. Users can navigate common screens and activate visible controls using voice commands such as “tap,” “swipe,” and named button commands.
Dark Interface
SleepSpace uses a dark interface throughout the core app experience. This is intended to reduce light exposure and visual strain, especially during evening, nighttime, and early morning use.
Sufficient Contrast
SleepSpace uses light text and iconography on dark backgrounds for readability across common screens. We continue to review contrast in charts, controls, and educational content as the app evolves.
Current Limitations
Some visual sleep charts and score displays may use color to communicate information. We are continuing to improve support for users who benefit from additional non-color indicators, larger text, and reduced-motion options.
Some video or audio educational content may not yet include full captions or audio descriptions.
Feedback
We welcome accessibility feedback. If you experience an accessibility issue in SleepSpace, please contact us so we can investigate and improve the experience.
